  • Can you update my address if I entered an incomplete or wrong address?
    No, if there is error on the billing and/or shipping information that you have provided, we reserve the right to cancel you order and issue a refund. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to process. Please contact your financial institution for mor details on when you will see the funds reflect back into your account.
  • Where do you ship?
    We ship worldwide! International shipping rouhghly takes 3 to 5 business days in transit. Please note we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs. Please contact your local post office for more information on customs and duties.
  • What are your shipping options in the United States?
    Standard shipping which can take 5 to 10 business days. No siganture required. If expedited shipping is a request, you will be responsible to pay the additional fees for this type of request.
  • How do I track my order?
    Your order will process for 24-48 hours. Once your order is shipped you will receive a text message or an email cotaining your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.
  • What if my order has been delivered, but I have not received it?"
    Please contact USPS to resolve the issue or file a claim. Nikki Cosmetics is not responsible for packages that have not been delivered.
  • I have just placed an order, can I change it?"
    We prepare your order for shipment very shortly after your order is placed. This quick turnaround time does not allow for any changes to your order. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance.
